KMFDM is industrial. Their final album (appropirately name Adios) has some amazing bass. All around though, KMFDM is a joy to listen to.

If you are in the mood to test, tune or show-off your system pick up a Bass Mekanik CD. Their stuff is made for car audio systems, and has several test and tune tracks as well as some cool sounding music. They have an older album (from 1994) called Quad Maximus. There is a track called Night Bass, and it is just plain cool to listen to on a system. FYI there are 30+ tracks on their CDs.

I can't believe nobody mentioned Hotel California. Also Three Days Grace has some good bass in it. If you just want bass and old school DJ Magic Mike "Drop The Bass" and Nemesis "Munchies For Your Bass"

Seriously? Its 3 notes back and forth, VERY easy for subwoofers to play. Crank up the fast double bass and bass guitar combo of some metal songs=way more of a subwoofer clarity test than just reproducing flat notes.

Now as far as playing those low notes at high volume, many setups cant do it (my current one included). But as far as just playing the notes from that song, not stressful at all.

Unfortunatley, mine too at the moment:o

BLAST YOU SMALL BOX!!!!!!

Now when I had the big box in

She still goes pretty dang low though. I need to do something different though. If I sell these Mags to my buddy I think I might be getting my hands on an Eclipse Ti. Loud and low end monster that loves to be ran in a box about the size of a pop can (well, you get the idea ) Small enclosure is a big plus for me, we'll see what happens though.

Dope - Die MF Die hits pretty decent. Also best metal song ever.

Or

Peaches - Tombstone <-- insane bass in my opinion. More of a constant bass then hitting though. Plus the singer is absolutely hideous.

Oh yeah, and the Black Album sucks. Everything up to it is the shiaz though.

My box is tiny too, my sub will drop to 20Hz but it wont be very loud at all.

My next pair of subs are designed for small enclosures too, I'm excited for summer once im done with school and have TIME.

Those Eclipses are nice.

Dope is fun to listen to... their lryics are just too angry to be taken seriously, and there is an obvious sense of humor in their music. I wouldn't say it is the best metal song ever, but it is cool.
