I pulled out the wire harness and plugged it in to the speaker box then went to pull my deck out and there is the other end of the wire harness, pulled the radio out and there are only 2 ports and they are both used and besides that the harness wouldnt fit in any of the two neways. I'd like to be more help, but I'm not 100% sure. I know when I put in my head unit, I had to wire up a new harness (cut off the adapting harness ends, and then solder and heat-shrink it to the other end). But there may be something completely different for the sub. I know my wire harness adapter from my head unit comes with a sub out line (which you wire up to the sub signal wire).

Sorry if I'm not making any sense to you -- it makes sense in my head. But then again, I know what I'm trying to say...

Here are the part numbers I believe there is 2 plugs one for the sub and one for the receiver.

3U2Z-14S411-DLA: Connector w/ leads that plugs into head unit
3U2Z-14S411-CAAA: Connector w/ leads that plugs into sub/amp

I got the numbers from this thread on the 2nd page

Im not the best person to talk to when it comes to the stock stuff, but I always thought the Audiophile package, which included the factory sub that you bought, had a completley different head unit with a plug for the sub, some sub control, and maybe a little more power....

Dont take my word on that though, just the first thing that popped into my head...

If you didnt have the subwoofer from the factory it also means you dont have the audiophile head unit. You need to get the audiophile head unit from with the 3rd connector for the subwoofer.

KingRanch979 is correct. You will need the audiophile HU, the shaker 500 from a mustang, or aftermarket.
