Which setup?

Im tring to figure out which setup to go with and I want some opinions. Im going with the Pioneer AVIC-Z2 for a head unit. As for door speakers and subs here are a few options I've been looking at:

Option 1: Front Door: Rockford Fosgate T1682S 6"x8" components
Rear Door: Rockford Fosgate T1682C 6"x8" coax
Amps: Rockford Fosgate P600.1bd (SUBS)
Rockford Fosgate T400-4 (DOORS)
Subs: Rockford Fosgate P3SD210 Shallow Mounts

Option 2: Front Door: JL Audio XR570-CXi coax/components
Rear Door: JL Audio TR570-CX coax
Amps: JL Audio 500/1v2 (SUBS)
JL Audio 300/4v2 (DOORS)
Subs: JL Audio 10W3v2

Option3: Same as Option 2 except: Total Mobile Audio T1000.1 for JL Audio500/1v2 and Total Mobile Audio T320.4 for JL Audio 300/4v2

What do ya'll think?

kinda funny you put this up. i have the exact same truck
and im going with option one. I've had a pioneer deck in all my vehicles and never had a single problem. along with rockford subs and components.
For the money im spending i dont think i could get better quality sound/system.
Only Difference in my setup is im going with P3D410 ( x2) and a T1500-1bd
and i'm not worried about over powering the subs at all. the sub that i had in my car previous to my truck was 250rms and i was running 400rms into it and its completely fine.

How are you going to mount your subs?

Im with you on that. I've been running Pioneer decks since I've been old enough to drive and I have never had a problem with them. As for the subs, I'm going to put them under the rear seat in a downfiring sealed box.

Superduty,

Are you buying your stuff online, or you getting it locally? Just wondered as I'm in Valdosta too.

A little of both. Some of it I'm going to get at Sound Vision the rest I'm going to get online through http://www.onlinecarstereo.comand http://www.woofersetc.com

I bought all of my equipment online, and then bought most of the cable and miscellaneous stuff from Sound Vision. It's nice because they sell cable by the foot, and since it is only a couple miles from my house it is convenient. Have you priced any of their speakers or amps to see how they compare to online? I didn't even check there before I started just on the assumption that it would be more expensive.

Ya im trying to figure out a way to mount them backwards ( magnets out )
with a custom ported box that they dump under the middle of the bench
( so the magnets will point to both of the rear doors )
im also try to figure out how to do a carbon fiber looking box

Easy way to get a carbon fiber look is to

1) glass outside of box and sand
2) duraglass over it and sand
3) body fill over that ( only to max 1/8'') and sand
4) shoot with primer
5) spray black base
6) get the cheap drawer liner from walmart. the square design
7) spray a silver through the mesh
8) shift the liner 1/4 square up and 1/4 square over
9) spray with a graphite
10) clear

EACH OF THE STEPS ARENT AS SIMPLE AS IT SOUNDS but ENJOY!!!

Or get to #3 and wrap in CF vinyl.

Some of it is around the same price at Sound Vision but overall online has the best prices.
