I have narrowed my choices down to these three (I think anyway). I will be putting it in a F-150 supercrew sounds box with a cadence txa-1000d or a sundown sae-1000d amp. Now here's where it gets a little tricky.
I have an image dynamics ID10v3 now and it just ain't enough (powered by a fosgate P325.1 amp. 325 watts @ 2 ohms). So should I try a bigger amp on this first or should I go with the audio pulse Epic sub. This will fit in the box I have and I won't have to do anything else or I could go with the SSA Icon sub but if I do I will have to build a custom box and raise the seat about an inch. I have also thought about adding another sub and running 2 subs at 1 ohm v/s 1 sub at 2 ohms. What do you think my best choice would be. I'm about to redo my front sound stage also and get a different head unit. Rainbow germs and a pioneer premier deh-980bt.
