Replacing stock speakers on an 06 screw

alrite guys, i wanna replace my stock speakers. I have on 06 fx4 with a 6 disc mp3 player, but no factory sub. I dont know what size speakers i have. I just wanna replace my stock speakers with something that fits and sounds good. i listen to mostly rock and some rap. im also gettin the kenwood dnx7100. I need something that would be simple to install as i have no electrical experience. all the speakers need to be under $900 total. let me know what you think.

6x8/5x7 is the stock size

You can order from Crutchfield and they will send a harness that will fit the stock speaker harness and a adapter plate if you need it and detailed instructions.

They also tell you which ones will fit without having to modify anything, and any questions just call them up and they will help you out.

for 900 you could get a nice set of components and an amplifier to push them, and possibly a 10" subwoofer w/ amp as well.

I've got 5x7 Alpine Type R's front and Type S' rear. Any 5x7 or 6x8 will fit, often both numbers are on a box probably to show both will fit. I've also heard 6.5" round will fit with an adapter or slight door mods, but really isn't a big deal. I've got the Boston's for my other car, 6x9's and 6.5" amped. I've heard them in store, incredible sound! The car one's have yet to be installed. Probably a bit better than my Alpine's, but more money too. With 9 hundred, you ought to do pretty good. JL audio makes a good sub I'd say more for Rock, Kicker for Rap.

Nice truck BTW!!!
