You know we will all be waiting for your official review. I am interested in what you think of the 6.5's...

Well I only had a limited time yesterday to install the SR's. So they found the doors... Not the kicks like I wanted to do off the bat.

Well I mounted the tweeter in a coax fashion. The Vifa tweets are incredible and more life-like then I ever have heard to date. The mids left a lot to be desired. I wasnt happy at all. Now, everything I have heard about these speakers says give them a few weeks to break in... We will see.

Now I will give Polk credit in the 20 min these played the mids became more and more pronounced. If it continues in the same way, I will be freaking amazed.

I think I need to really write up a review in a few days when the suspension has loosened up. But with the first song, I was ready to tear them out and throw the JL's back in. NO MID. ABSOLUTELY nothing. But as they wore in, I popped in Hotel Cali. By far the best imaging set to date. I heard every instrument in its correct place. Can you say wow.

Hey Low,
Are you running these in all 4 or just the front? Are you still powering with the 300/4? Bridged or 4 channel?
