I have found a couple of references to mounting a sub behind the seat of a screw but can't find any particular details. Any help would be appreciated.

I have never seen a sub behind the seat of an 04+ Screw.
On the pre04 models the back seats would fold down and there was storage room back there, and a litttle comparment. With the new Scerw the seats backs are just bolted to the rear of the cab as far as I know...which leaves room only for an amp or three.

 

You better use some shallow subs. I dont think that there is much room back there.
