12" underseat?
does anyone make a sub box that will accomidate a 12" sub under the rear seat?

no. you will need a seat lift and will have to build a custom box. you might not need a lift if your sub is extremely shallow (5" or less depth). either way you'll need a custom built box, or just build one yourself.

MTX has a box for a single 12" Wouldn't vouch too much for how good it is. they seem a little thin-walled to me. But they do make them.

Sounds awesome and pounds! Great for Rap and Rock. Nice and hidden out of the way too.
