Ok, if they worked good off of HU power, then you should be find running them in the rear off the HU now.
That will save some money and hassle.

So now your still needing a sub, comps, and amp.

Are you looking mainly for good sound in your sub, just something to finish off the bottom end of the system or what?
There are a lot of subs to choose from, need to narrow it down a little.
Ones that sound awsome but wont make you go deaf any time soon, some that sound good and still have some good output, or some that will just plain knock your socks off with output but sound not so stellar. Watcha looking for?

Are you wanting to buy all new from a local store also, or are you ok with buying over the internet from online stores, or even ebay?

im looking for somthing that will for the most part just fill out the bottom end. I would like it to bump some on high bass songs but definately do not want one of those that completely overwhelms the highs and just vibrates everything in your truck. I was thinkin of probably just a single 10

Alrighty, Id look into something like an Image Dynamics ID or IDQ. Work great in smaller enclosures like this, have a small mounting depth, and are pretty well known for their great sound quality.

IDQ-Great sound quality, Loud?? no.
ID-still good sound quality, not like the IDQ, but has a little more output than it.

Whats even cooler is you have an option to add that sub to that box as an all in one package. Not really a bad price on them either.
250ish bucks for a sweet sounding driver and a nice box that will just slide right in is a sweet deal if you ask me.

That leaves you with about 750 or less for an amp and comps.
Dont forget some wiring also, that will run you roughly 50ish bucks, depending on how fancy you want to get or anything.

Here is a nice amp I just found quick. Will do 350 watts if you bridge the back channels for your sub, and give you 125 watts a side for components.

Here is a fairly nice set of components that will work great on that amp too

That will eat up most of your budget there.
With some shopping you can find some better deals than that for sure.

Just a few nicer things I put together quick that would be a nice midlevel sound quality setup if you ask me.
