PIE adaptor problem?

i have my PIE adaptor and my iRiver H10 hooked up to it.

it plays great and great sound quality.

but sometimes...prob 30% of the time....like the music starts to play in all my speakers but my front dirvers side.

like it will play out of it still....just not as loud as the rest of the speakers, especially my front passenger side since it and my drivers speaker are Polk MoMo's 6.5" and hooked to my amp.

but it only happens when playing on my MP3 palyer...never on FM/AM or CD

help??

bad ground could be possible, but normaly thats what creates the alternator whine. sounds more like a loose plug
