Question before buying

I am getting a kicker 400.1 amp. Then kicker CVR 10" subs. Do I want the dual 2ohms or the dual 4ohms option?

Also, I need a box for these. Any suggestions. Want to put it underneath rear seat. I know supercrewsound has one for $140. IS there anything cheaper. I need atleast a 5.5 mounting depth.

Thanks-

2 ohms when you get it there will be wiring options in the manual.\
since ur amp is 2 ohms stable u will get more power that way.

check ebay for boxes they have plenty of different options

id personnally get the s10L7 solo baric

Well with your mounting depth if you need more than 5.5 or little more your probably going to be needing a seat lift. My ID subs i bought have a mounting depth of 5.5 and barely fit in there.

Build your own. I built my own. still working on it. taking my time and everything but its just about finished and probably spent less than 40 bucks on everything!

you can always cut the back of the box out where the magnet goes and gain alittle bit of room make sure to cover the back with sheet metel though. It maybe the difference of fitting a sub or not

Yup yup, dual two is what you need, just like Rayu said. Wire each sub in series, then parallel wire each to the amp and your golden.
