Impact9, do you have or can you hook me up with sizes from your box?? I like the design with the front angle coming out from the seat...

Got up with Don to find the ideal sealed box volume for this 12" Profi, his reply was 1.4 sf and I must say.... Customer Service from Don is 100% Top Notch....

Good looking sub

So how much do you need to raise the rear seat? Or any at all...I would think very very little.

I'm going to do some checking Wed evening, my best guess is 1/2".. I may just bit the bullet and call LMI... I need 1.4 SF vol. including driver displacement... Seat lift would be the easy way, but 155.00 is a chocker for 10.00 worth of steel.....

Holy smokes where did this tread pop in from? I totally missed it.

My garage is a disaster area and my box plans are somewhere in that war zone. It'll be a while before I can get to them. There's a post some where on here that has measurements on brypinks box. I pretty much followed them but added 2 inches and then figured in the slat. my design was more of a mistake than a plan though lol.

Still working on the install..
Ordered Seat Lift from LMI, should be here Wed..
Ordered a few things from PartsExpress, Terminal cup, speaker gasket sealing tape, mounting screws, 2 yards jet black carpet.... should be here Mon...

So far from measuring, I had to go with a seat lift to get 1.4 cubes and not pull the jack out, beside I would rather not have the box going around the center seat mount if I can avoid it... no air travel restriction in box has to be better.....

All I need now is a sheet of 3/4 MDF and a tube of liquid nails, already cleaned the workshop up for the build...
