Deciding on Sub...Help?!

Howdy,
I am interested in getting a 12" sub for the my F150 Ext. Cab. I used to have 2 12"s in the back, so size does not matter, all I'm concerned about is the quality. I have been looking at Rockford Fosgate T112D4's.

How are the Rockford Power subs compared to the Punch subs?

What brand would you go with?

Whats your budget. Do you have an amp already that you are planning on using for it?
SQ or SPL, or a bit of both?

Yes. I have an American Bass XD1200, which is about 1100W RMS. I just want that pounding on the back of my seat again. I am looking for quality over loudness.

Could you explain SQ and SPL? I'm not familiar...

Price Range: $100-$200 (maybe more)

SQ=sound quality (how good it sounds)
SPL=Sound Pressure Level (how loud it gets)

Is that 1100 wrms at 1 or 2 ohm?

I want to say 1 Ohm but I'm not sure at all. How would I tell?

Come on guys. I have a 1100W Mono Ch. amp.

Would a DVC sub work well with it since it has 2 sets of speaker terminals?

HELP me out please!

i would run a 12" SSD with coper coil option and BP power upgrade. would put the rms rating around 1100-1300 per 12"
