If you are replacing the speakers only, the front ones are easy. The silver trim peice around the speakers in the front door just pop off. No door panel removal. As for the rear, there are several steps involved. I just did this a couple of weeks ago.
1) Remove the trim peice at rear edge of window. Pull and it comes off.
2) Remove screw exposed by removal of trim peice, along with 2 screws at bottom of door panel.
3) Remove small access panel inside door handle, remove 2 screws exposed.
4) Remove panel that houses the power window switch, just pops off, remove bolt exposed inside (kind of tricky angle to get this one, but it can be done)
After removal of all screws, lift door panel up and out and it should come right off. Somewhere in the forum there are pictures of each step, so do a search and you should find what you need. Pretty simple procedure, though.
Good luck!

Hey, thanks for your reply. But my front speakers dont have a silver trim piece. it's inside the door covered by a plastic grill. I think theres a tweeter and a 5x7. Looks like the door panel needs to come off. Just need guidance on how to take those off. Again, thanks.

front speaker grills

The front door speaker grills just pop off. Use a small blade screwdriver and CAREFULLY but firmly pry from the inside bottom corner up. The OEM speakers are accessible underneath.

As Chum said, the rears, you have to remove the doors by following his posted procedure.
