i didn't think that you always had to wire every vc, so couldn'e he leave one out on both subs to achieve a 2ohm load?

you don't have to but there is a very noticeable difference in sound.

I have the same subs and am using a Rockford Fosgate 450.2 amp. The subs sound really good with this amp. Just thought Id let you know what I am using since I have the same subs

And your driver specs change quite a bit when only running one coil instead of two.

No reason to only run one vc.

my bad, i've always hooked up both vcs on dual vc subs..just an idea since he was so determined to run at 2 ohm.
