Would this be a bad mix?

hey people, i currently have a box underneath my rear seat in my 06 screw. the box has 2 JL audio W1 10 inch subs. If i were to build a center console/box that held another JL audio W1 10" sub would it sound funny with having the 3rd sub in a totally different box, and having the other 2 subs in another box (being under the seat).

It wouldn't be bad man, but why not take advantage of the center console box. The main reason people build the box is to fit in a deeper sub. If i were you i would build a flow through that goes all the way to the back seat and run 3 tens with a deeper mounting depth or 3 12's. May i suggest the Fi SSD's. I have 2 12's in my truck and they slam, but at the same time theyre inexpensive. I paid under 400 for two BRAND NEW 12s from them... Just something to think about

No

I do not reccomend the console sub. I have seen numerous truck with this setup and the sound is terrible. They also get a lot of rattle from the console sub. I would reccomend you place subs in the bed against the back wall and port them trough or upgrade your amps.
