I am looking at some component speakers for my 04 screw. I am looking at the following:
Infinity Kappa 50.7cs ($225)
Boston Acoustics Pro50 ($380)
MB Quart Q-Line QSD213 ($315)
Polk Audio MMC5250 ($225)
Boston Acoustics SX50 ($200)
Alpine SPR-17S ($200)

I am quite an audiophile and love my music. Which one would yall recommend? Anybody have these and what amp did you match it with? Sugguest any better ones?

Out of the ones on your list I would probably go with the Boston Acoustic Pros.

 

Im a big MB quartz fan here... Theyre a little bright but can be toned down a big with some adjustments and plus I like the brightness

And do you guys have any better suggestions? I'm open to all ideas

Another vote for Rainbow here. They do have several lines and every line is one of the best speakers, at that price point, you can get.

 

Rainbow is the only way to go. Seeing your price range you can get SLC's for sure, CMX's.. Maybe for a little bit more a pair of Germaniums, probably their most popular set. I have the CMX's and I LOVE THEM!! Will never buy another pair of components agin inless theyre rainbow
