I wanted to go with 2 ssd 18's in a 18-20 cube box tuned to about 28hz... but I might go with 4 assasin 8's sealed under the rear seat for a minute instead. I really love having a 140+ spl system but I rarely play it that loud since im not thug life so really its kinda pointless to have 2 18's instead of the back seat... even tho it would be sweet I'lll probablly do the 8's and use those until the front stage is done... then if need be stup up to the 18's

Ive thought about four 8's before also, just not sure if it would give me the output I want though. Those little Assassins would be cool to try out I think. I had a pair of 12" Atlas's, the older version of the Assassin, and for the money they were pretty sweet subs if you ask me. If those Assasins are anything like those Atlas's I would love to have some of them.

18-20 cubes is a big farkin box
My 2 cube @29Hz box takes up pretty much the exact same amount of space as my whole back seat bottom. I couldnt imagine 10 times that much space.

exactly... the box would take up everything behind the front seats.. eff that. I was running 4 re8's at one point in a 2 cu ft box sealed tuned to like 38hz and with 900 watts I had people swearing I had a single 15 setup. I might go sealed I might not I know its gonna be a squeeze to get the 1.6 I need sealed but If I can go ported @ 30-32 I will

Sounds fun. Let me know how you like those 8's.

This always impressed me

Granted, you arent going to be running six of them in 3.6 cubes at 40hz and 2500 watts, but its still impressive for some 8's if you ask me
