dconder would be the man to ask. But from what I've heard ID makes some awesome subs and I wish I could talk myself into buying them. I would personally get dual 2 ohms speakers. Woofersect.com is a shady place in my book I would suggest buying from an authorized source:

Impact. Just so you know, woofersetc is now an authorized Image dealer. All the bad talk about them and they become authorized for ID, CDT and a few other big names. Still selling Zapco's and Zapco hates that. They are not Zapco authorized. No one is on line.

Anyway jmt...The IDQ is an outstanding sub. I am running a pair of 10's now and smitty is running a pair of 12". You may have to do a seat lift to fit the 12's under the rear seat like smitty did. But, they have a mounting depth of only 5 3/4" and might can squeeze in without a lift. I am still trying to find a used one so I can try to fit it under there without a lift. I just do not want to buy a new one and have it not fit. They are some of the best SQ subs around. They do not need a ton of power to get loud and they just sound clean and clear. Other than the SI Mag, I have yet to hear a sub I like as well as ID subs. The IDQ and IDMAX are just awesome subs. Their new line of IDQ's are coming out in April hopefully. I can probably already tell you I will have a pair when they do.

Yes indeed. Finally a new IDQ. You can see and read more about them here:

http://www.imagedynamicsusa.com/foru...pic.php?t=2142

Price will be around $100 more than the V2 but, I am sure they will be worth it. I have not heard an exact mounting depth but, heard they will be very close to the same as the V2. I sure hope so. 10's without a lift and 12's with a lift and maybe without. Best date I have heard is April.

New components too. Available in 2 and 4 ohms.

That would be sweet having quality low profile 12's. Oh and thanks for the update on woofersect.com. Hard to find a online store to trust sometimes. Don't think i'll get their zapco amps though probably made in Mexico.

Oh they are real Zapco amps but, they have removed the seriel numbers. Some have said they were in B-stock that have been repaired and sold as new. Zapco says they will not even work on an amp without seriel numbers. I would still probably buy elsewhere even on ID stuff.

yea that's price wise the ebay store is just $10 higher from what I can tell. $10 isn't much and they are a factory outlet. Say have you come across any specs on the new 12's? I ordered a LMI lift but still that'll only get me to a bit over 7.5" mounting depth. My luck and they'll be 8.25" haha

I do not think you would have to worry about it with a seat lift. The V2 12" was only 5.75". I would expect the V3 to be no more than maybe 6". Hopefully, it will stay the same. I am hoping they put some more info up soon.

Haha, LOOKS like one anyway. If it performs like a baby MAX...that WOULD be sweet. I want more specs on that thing.
