I just realized my front doors have separates from Ford. I was expecting a 2way in there. Do most people just upgrade to better components or throw some 6x8 in there instead? BTW what will I find in my back doors? (i'm not lazy just at work a lot)

Depends on what your budget allows. You can either throw a decent set of coaxials in there, or else a nice set of comps. Remember, if you put in components your really going to want to amp them, so consider that in with your budget.

If you can swing it, Id opt for the component/amp route. If buying an amp is going to cost more than you want, then I'd stick with coaxials.

Couldnt tell ya with the rears, Id guess just the normal coaxials.

 

I have an '04 Screw with the standard CD HU. It has a place in the front doors panels for component tweeters in addition to the 6x8's, but my truck isn't wired for them from the factory. I assume that is for trucks with the Audiophile option.

The rear door panels do not have the space for the tweeter.
