Alpine amp question

I am trying to build a new box for the back of my truck. Everything is fine, except that I would like to buy another amp for the new speakers. I have one alpine amp, and would like to get another and put them together to create an amp rack. So in other words, I need a particular type of amp. But Im having trouble finding the amp because the style is discontinued. So this is what I am asking:

Take a look at the amp here, it is Alpines last year style V12 amp. This si not the amp I have, nor the one I am looking for, but it is the style:

The speakers I am going to buy are 5x7 Component Alpine Type R speakers.

Peak 300W
RMS 60W
4 ohm

If you need more info on them, check out their specs here:

I am going to be buying 4 speakers, and so I am looking for an amp that would power that more towards RMS than peak. I am very much more concerned with sound quality than volume. But I can't seem to find any place that sells the late model amps. So if anybody is able to find a model name of the amp I need, I can just punch it in online and find a place to buy it. But right now I am just trying to find the right amp.

Thanks a lot in advance

If you go to Alpine's website and go to support, you can dig down to owner's manuals and get to 2004 model amps.
