DVD Audiophile
Just replaced my single-disk factory head unit with a 6 disk MP3 unit out of a 2006 F150. I also added the factory audiophile sub and amp unit. My truck is a 2004 Supercrew and I do have the rail dvd system.
Everything went great and the audiophile sounds much better, but now my dvd monitor does not seem to work. Anyone else have a similar problem? Anyone else have a 6 disk audiophile MP3 system with the sub and rail dvd? Is all of this compatible?

have fun with the bubble wrap.... I have read that in some cases for features that the head unit did not have originally you may have to have it reprogrammed...i looked around a bit and found a thread about factory nav and people who reprogram this....

It was also cheaper than the aftermarket solutions that I looked at. You can also send a unit that you already have purchased and have him reprogram it for a fee. But contrary to popular belief, there is no wiring changes needed, just reprogramming of the head unit. By the way....Dom's number is 1 (781) 721-0092. Hope that helps

The kids love the bubble wrap. Amazing how long they can occupy themselves with a little bubble wrap !!
Thanks for packing up the radio so well. Installed easily and sounds great to me. Thanks also for the info on my issue with the dvd. I will give this guy a call and see if he can help me out.
