Well, this is all coming from my bad memory from when we lifted the seat in my buddies 00, but it should be the same.

There are 6 15(?)MM bolts that hold the seat risers to the floor-the two on each end riser, and two in the middle, Im sure youve found these. Now, back behind the seat bottom (on the 'ledge' thingy at the back of the cab) are 3 or 4 bolts that hold the seat belts and back of the seats in place. They bolt down through the floor. Remove all those and the seat bottom should come out now.
You will probably have easier access if you remove the seat back first, which involves pushing two bar/clip things on either side of the back seat rest backwards, and then lifting up on the seat. Its a bit of a PITA, youll see what Im talking about when you start ripping into it.

I probably forgot a thing or two...but I think thats most of it. Sorry I could be much more help.

bartak is correct, but here is a crappy drawing of what your seat and brackets should look like.
that little spot on the left bracket is suppose to be red.

black is the outline of the seat
blue is the brackets
red is the bolts

Im not sure which bolts you are talking about...but can you grind off the head, pull the seat out, then get some ViceGrips on the remaining bolt and twist it out.

Drill them out?
