Speakers question

I have a 04' supercrew and wondering how i should go about my speakers. Should i get all 4 speakers? or get a high quality just for the front two?
If i were to get all 4...would you recommend components up front and coaxials in the rear?
Also..i was looking at getting MB quart or polk speakers. Any suggestions?
Bry suggested me the Rainbow speakers...are they worth the extra $$ compared to an average price? thanks

Im reading good things about Polk MOMO 6.5" components. I am probably gonna go with 6.5 MOMO components up front and a 5x7 MOMO coax in the rear, maybe even a lower quality polk 5x7 in the back...

Me personally I would buy a good set of front speakers and not worry about anything in the back. As for recommending a brand we could tell you every name in the book but it really all depends on your ears. What sounds good to me might not sound all that good to you. My advice is to go out and listen to as many different speakers as you can and buy what sounds good to you and whats in your budget.

I would do a new HU, components up front since the holes are there already, 2 or 3 way in back.

looks about like my plan. I am gonna run them off the HU alone for a while untill I save enough pennies to get a 4 channel amp to amp the fronts with 2 channels then a sub with the other two... The JVC HD radio I am lookin at pushes 20x4 so hopefully it will hold me over untill I buy an amp...

So you guys recommend all 4speakers over two high quality fronts?

Also...should the rears be 5X7 or 6X8?

Same size, most companies put "5x7/6x8" on their boxes...

Depends how you like your sound, and/or how much of a SQ freak you are.
If you like the sound from the rear and all, then go for it. A nice higher powered set of components in the front and no rears can fill out the whole cab just as well, not to mention set a better soundstage though.
Its just all personal preference mainly. I dont deal with rear fill at all...ditched it LOOOOONG ago

I would use the polk MMC6500 in the front. I have them and they are great. You'll want way more that 20w to make them shine. Give them a week to break in and they sound wonderful.
