I haven't got them yet, there on the way...so I can't say what they sound like..

from what I've researched, I can't find a single negative said about rainbow speakers, everyone that has them highly recommends them, even people that have heard them and don't have them, still recommend them..

I don't see how they can't be awesome speakers and with a 5 year warranty if properly installed and set up, I've got to check them out....

Mark,

I replied to your email. Just let me know. I might not have internet for a day or 2 when I move tomorrow. Plus, I'll be losing the brypink@***.net address. The brypinksr@yahoo.com will still be good.

This is one of the problems with buying off the net. Sure you can save a couple bucks in the beginning, but if you ever have a problem, it becomes a nightmare. Good luck getting your CC company to reverse the charges as they have probably followed proper protocol.

Millionbuys written refund policy:
Return & Exchange

Click here to fill out the return request form

RA (Return Authorization) Numbers:

1) All returns and exchanges require an RA number issued by MillionBuy.Com.
2) All returns must have original box, parts and shipping materials.
3) All RA numbers must be requested by the end of 30 days from the shipment receipt date.
4) Returns must be received at MillionBuy.Com within 14 days from RA issue date.
Returns and exchanges that are OPENED:

1) Returns that are opened must be in "like new" condition.
2) Returns must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories and parts.
3) We will refund or exchange items in their original condition. (Minus the shipping cost)*

** To request an RA number, please fill out our Return Form.

**** so basically you do not qualify for a refund because they wont have it in original unused condition and it has been past 30 days. You are SOL.

Here is my take on it.... Buy from a local authorized dealer and support your community. If you go looking for Walmart pricing, you end up with Walmart Mentality Service.

Pick 2 of the 3
Good Price
Good Product
Good Service. You can't have all 3.

Refund was authorized by the accounting department, do to being told this would be a 3-5 day plus shipping time exchange.... well 30 day later, no speaker, no word from polk.

I told them I want, a new replacement speaker or a new set of speakers or my money back and I want it NOW....

They authorized the return, if not I surely would not have sent the MMC650 back with the MMC6500, they are fine.... they would be on Ebay...

[QUOTE=F150Truck'in]I very well may, I'm smoking mad right now....
BTW, Nothingbutaford... yes, one day I may learn, this may be the day..!!!!!

F150T I just saw this thread tonight, I've been so buzy I haven't been able to keep up on here. I figure I've already said it so I'd take it easy. Unfortunately alot of brands and dealers get a lot of hype on the internet and a lot of it is completely manufactured by the companies themselves. Fortunately we do have a pretty solid group of people on here that can offer some ligitamate advice and will quickly call out the rats. I agree with ohiomike1101 100% FIND A REPUTABLE DEALER AND SUPPORT THEM. Electronics do break, and yes everyone does abuse their equipment at some point. I am an eclipse dealer infact one of the bigger ones here in the northeast but I will not jeapordise my business by selling current models online and neither will any other real dealers with valueable brands. Hopefully the rainbows put a smile on your face big enough to forget all about dollarstorebuys.com

But you kept others from buying from them, thats the good thing. I had 600.00 worth of stuff in my cart before I read of your problems, the cart was empty when I left. They will lose business
