I have one kicker solobaric 12 L7 in a ported box behind the seats of my 98 reg. cab f150. I need a new amp because my old one quit working. I had a JL audion 500.1, but I am open to suggestions on a new one. Please let me know what the best ones are considers price? Any also the best ones bottom line? I would also like to know what other setups may be better than what I currentlt have, because I wouldnt be against getting new subs as well. I just want good sound quality and very hard hitting bass?

i would go with the hifonics warrior merlin. it will push 450 watts into your sub, and you can wire for 1 ohm to get the max wattage. this amp is at extremely low prices at www.onlinecarstereo.com. i have this amp running a rockford fosgate p3 12" in my 95 tahoe and it blows my mind. very good choice.

 

I'm running two 10 L7 on a hifonics brutus 1606d works great!!!! The prices are really good too if you shop around

 

Pay JL to fix your amp.
