ATTN: SAtownTX (and anyone else) - Box dimensions

Here's what I can give you w/o pulling my box out (which is a PITA):

Overall length - 50.5"
Front Depth (overall - bottom of feet to top) - 11"
Front Depth (overall - baffle to top) - 8.75"
Depth (overall) - 19.5"
Back Depth (overall) 6"
Small End Length (overall) - 14"

You are going to have to find out what the cutout is...I don't have them written down anymore and I don't really feel like pulling my box out. But, IIRC it's 5.5" wide. So that would make it 14" for the small end, 5.5" for the cutout and 30" for the large end for the overall length of 50.5".

Now this box will not fit w/o a seat lift...and you REALLY should check and see if these measurements will fit your truck AFTER you install the seat lift.

BTW, this is with 3/4" MDF.

Also, put the subs (mounting hole) as forward as possible to allow for max mounting depth. If you are using 12" MAGs...you will need to make a cutout on top of the box to allow for the magnet clearance. Make the cutout an inch wider in diameter than the magnet diameter. You will have to seal the hole with a 1/2" piece of MDF...and make sure you seal that piece of MDF like crazy.

How much did u lif the seat? Also should there be any problem with this box fitting? Did you do anything apart from a stock truck that would make it not fit?

Damn those Screws have a lot of room under the seats with a lift.

I spend all day designing a new box for the Mag, and as small as the box seems, I have to totally ditch the back seat again Oh well, should F'n ****...

I still want to build a box/seat combo. I just need the rear bottom seat of a 04-06 SCrew though. Idon't want to mess mine up.

I might even try a ported box.
