Subwoofer advice

I'm looking for a decent box for a single 10" or 12" subwoofer to fit under the rear seat of my 05 Supercrew. I've looked at several online, but I don't like the way they stick out under the seat. Also I would like to find one covered in tan to match my truck interior. I don't like the gray carpet - it stands out too much in my opinion. Any suggestions? I'm not looking to compete or even impress anyone and I'm not planning to spend mega bucks here - just want to add some bass to my stock system. Should I try to build my own? Never built one, but I've heard and read of plenty of do-it-yourself 'boxes' that are worthless.

Mark's boxes fit flush with the seat. They are decent prefab boxes. My first box for my '05 was a custom box from him (because I was lazy).

I was like you a couple months ago... I’m not into heavy bass or trying to "out bass" the car next to me. I wanted a more complete sound and nice looking box without breaking the bank.
I purchased the Memphis 10" (Sounds Great and has a 5" mounting depth) and a Memphis Mono Amp 250 watt, paying around $325 (which includes cables, gain control and tax). My nephew built me a box out of MDF and put a wood veneer over it, which he stained to match my wood grain in the truck... I posted about it before, so sorry if this a repeat for ya...

Also, going to be hard to find a 12" speaker to mount under the seat without sacrificing air space and/or having to do a seat lift. Hardly any room under that rear seat.... With the 10" speaker and Amp I bought, it fits perfect.

With my old truck, I was very impressed with the quality of www.subbox.net for a box that didn't stick out from underneath my seat. I had 2 10" subs in a extended cab version.
