Pioneer ts-sw1041d 10" Sub

I'm still deciding on what sub I want to go with...

I found this one at a local shop for $99.00 and was very impressed with it.
Mounting Depth: 3"
Peak Watt: 1000
RMS: 250

Anyone here have any experience with this sub?

I've already decided how to build the box and looking to get approx. 0.7 cu ft. of air space.

I dont have them, but about two weeks ago I went to my local audio shop where i get all my stuff and we are friends so they are honest with me, and i asked them about those subs and they told me that many customers were returning them and that pioneer didn't want to fix them under warranty, he even showed me some of the bad ones that were torn to the cone, the cone is made of cheap material and rips easier, it looks like paper to me, but i recommend to go to cartoys and try different subs and see which one sounds better to your ear, If you have any questions just ask

for 99 find an image dynamics dealer and purchase a 10" IDv3 . . lightyears ahead of the POS pioneer in build quality, sound quality, and output; for $120 its sure to not disappoint you

Here's another 3 inch depth sub that you might consider. It will be less than $100 & they are having a group buy on them, so you should be able to pick one up on a killer deal. I just bought 2 11Kv.2 Subwoofers & got them for $65 a piece on a group buy instead of the normal $115. Hope this helps. These are built buy Elemental Designs.

Hey Connradd, I stay at Fairbanks between Beltway and 290 by where do you live
The brothers give good deals but you have to make sure that they aren't refurbished items and that they are new with everything included.

I shopped around for awhile & this is what I found. It was even past the last date for ordering by like 2 weeks but I still got the deal. I'm sure you can to. Here's the link for the Rockford amps 25 ta Life Series I bought also. Pretty good deal if ya ask me. They are the only authorized internet dealer for Rockford & is legit. You can check the Rockford website yourself & they tell you that Cardomain is an autorized dealer.
