SQ sub-woofer w/ only 5 7/8"

Can anyone give me some recommendations?

I think I have it narrowed down to
JL10W3
Eclipse sub .. not sure the model
Infinity Perfect series

I didn't like the Diamond D3 sound .. It sounded to boomy. I would appreciate any recommendations. I have the supercrewsound.com box coming w/the extra depth for 2 10"

I haven't heard the image dynamics , crystal , arc .. or any of the less popular name brands but I am open minded and will get whatever sounds good. It isn't like speakers are visable.

Amp is the Memphis Belle (5th channel 1ohm stable)
door speakers are Infinity 682.7CF

what memhis belle do you have? I am really considering that amp!

I have a 10" Audiobahn ALUM10... I got it a few years ago... I think it sounds good... It is more of a SQ sub than other audiobahns... But... probably isnt what you are looking for.

It is also has a Dual 6 ohm VC... so it wouldn,t be the best for the 1OHM stable memphis belle. Thats why im thinking of replacing mine if i get a new amp.

Adire Koda 10". About 5" mounting depth. It just so happens, I have one for sale but, you are probably looking for 2. The Koda is one of the best SQ subs there is. Also, Image and Arc are great SQ subs.

I am just having a hard time finding a place that sells these type of subs.

arc , image , koda .. I found a place w/image dynamics subs but to me I like the eclipse subs that had at that place. I have only heard good things about koda and arc but can't find them for sale locally.

Treo SSi 10x.x (5.1875")
Sound Splinter RL-i10 (5.472") *An internet company and you can order straight from their website.
DLS Iridium & Nobelium (5.24")

All very nice subs! Definately subs I would use!

EDIT: Stay away from Audiobahn! (No offense to anyone!)

Memphis?

I have also been getting recommendations for memphis audio subs. I am thinking the M1 or M3 .. Any opinions on Memphis. I will check into the other subs listed above and see the prices and specs.

I knew i was going to get crap for the audiobahn!!

The sub I have has always sounded good to me... why do you say stay away?? because they sound bad or because they dont last?

Im just wondering... im not an audiobahn fan... i just got the sub dirt cheap after I blew a really crappy polk audio sub...

Im thinking about trying some of these subs you reccomended because i am currently transplanting my audio system into my new truck.

Audiobahn uses crappy components to build their stuff and usually their products burn up and/or don't last. They worry more about flash/cosmetics and not about build quality.

You can't go wrong with any of those above subs I mentioned. I actually have 2 Treo SSi 10.22 Limited Edition subs for sale and can be seen in my gallery.

bry.. That box and subs look awesome... but I already got a single 10" box... and I only want 1 sub. If you want to part with just 1 I would be interested... but im guessing you want to sell the whole thing.

The audiobahn is flashy... so far the sub has been reliable... But im only pushing like 250 watts through it and I don't play it very loud often. Im also not on the same level as you... Your system is probably worth as much as your truck... I hope you have a good alarm or good car insurance...

I already sold the box the Treos where in and I only have the subs left. I have them on Ebay (dutch auction) and there is a guy that says he is going to buy them today or tomorrow, but you know how that goes.
