This is my plan: I am going to keep my stock HU. I am going to replace my door speaker with Infinity Kappa or Infinity Reference 6x8. I going to get the Q Logic Sub box and throw an Infinity Perfect 10.1 in and hopefully it fits. The speaker needs a mounting dept of 5 3/4. Q logic did not list the dept of the box. What watt amp should I get to power it, I want to get a really powerful one since I only have one sub and I am going to push it to the max.

What does the sub say it can handle at max and rms??

I went with a similar setup as you. I put kappa 682.7 in all 4 doors, q logic box with a 10.1 sub(it does fit), and an eclipse hu. If you go with kappas for the doors you probably should amp them too. Mine were ok before the amp, but you get much better sound with an amp powering them. I never really looked at Infinity subs before but the 10.1 is extremely clean an accurate and will go very low. I think if you use your stock radio it won't sound too good with the amount of bass that sub puts out. I went with an infinity 5761a 6 ch amp to power everything. It puts out 80x4 and 287x1 at 2 ohms which the infinity speakers are. I wouldn't necessarily choose this equiptment for a dream system, but it is very clean and powerful for the amount I spent. I got the amp off ebay for 250 shipped. Again, you really should look at getting an aftermarket radio with three preouts for the amp for the best sound quality and clean installation. But, to get back to your question, that sub will fit and with what I have powering mine it is very loud and clean.
