I think Ill run the Mag off the 600.1 for awhile. It will only be getting 300 watts, but I think I need to save some money..

Better not get to far ahead of myself either, I guess I dont know if Ill even get the Mag....

I really need to find a bigger amp (D51200.1). My 600.1 is only 300 watts at 4 ohm! I dont think that is going to get it going a whole lot

My turn, my turn. I just pulled the trigger today on a used Zapco C2K 3.0 amp. $350 shipped. I got offered 3 other 3.0 from $500 to $700. I think I got a great deal. But, I will wait till I get it to say for sure. It will be going in the 05 Stang, when it gets fixed from the accident. It will either power the sub with 600 watts @ 2ohm or the fronts with 75 watts. Now, the search will be for either another 3.0 or maybe just a 2.0.

Brypink are you happy. I have finally succombed to the dark side of the force. Really though, I can not wait to hear it.

Are you going with an IDMax in the Stang?? Or what did you decide on?

 

For now, I will keep the Arc 12" D4 sub. I still have to get another amp and upgrade front speakers. Only running Diamond Coaxials right now. Somewhere down the line, I will probably upgrade the sub but, for now, we are using the Scosche custom sub enclosure that tucks in the right side of the trunk and mounting depth is pretty limited. As Brypink pointed out, the Mag will fit in there. You will have to let me know how you like it.

You're gonna like it! Especially for the sub. But, I say you get another one. You got to get the symblinks for it (and the other one if you get it) and run the balanced lines.

Now my turn, the wife's car is kinda on hold. She doesn't want to loose space in the back where the sub would go. So, I got to figure out what to do. Besides, I think I'm gonna pull the trigger on some Rainbow Platinums, if I can find them. I'm gonna sell both pair of my Utopias to pay for them.
