this is going to be a stupid question. when they say top mounting depth, do they mean from the highest part of the speaker to the very bottom of the magnet. or the bottom of the ring that sits against the box to the bottom of the magnet. im confused.

 

It's from the bottom of the ring that sits against the box to the bottom of the magnet
