Brypink...Sent you an email.

Thing is, if I switch to the Zapco 350.2 and 500.1, I can keep the Arc sub.

I really do think the Arc CXL amps will be for sale tomorrow.

Dconder, on eBay there is a new 500.1 for 299 dollars (buy it now). Might want to check that out.

I thought about buying it but I decided I better plan my next stereo out a little better before I start throwing money out there.

Bry, If Dconder only buys one of those 350.2 Ref's and you are still wanting to get rid of the other one let me know, Id probably take it off your hands.

I have been watching that one. I emailed them about it. I live like 30 miles from them. BryPink is trying to talk me into the C2K series so, I am kinda looking for a 2.0 and 3.0 as well.

I'm on the fence about the C2k 4.0 for a couple of reasons...1) I'm not sure if I can get the 4.0 to fit, and 2) I have to sell these and come up with about another $300 for it. LOL And, if you haven't realized, I spent a lilttle bit of cash already. LOL

If I do sell and he only buys one I'll give you first shot at it.

I guess that 500.1 isnt totally new and its a little cheaper, but thats still a hell of a deal if you ask me.

Lol, hmmmm. I cant make up my mine on a new stereo now either.

Now if I go the route that I currently have in my head, Ill need a 4 channel instead (active front stage).
Darn, maybe I SHOULD just start spontaniously buying things so I can quit racking my brain with all these ideas.

Bry, help me spend my money too

Now Im thinking 12 or 15 inch SI Mag, Arc 1500 XXK, some of the new Ascendant mids (been wanting to try those out), tweeters unknown now, and run those active off a XXK 4150 or something.
I think Id rather have other amps but all the sudden these seem cheap and work good.

You'll love that SI MAG! Tweeters...hmmmm, how about some CAL28, ScanSpeak 2904/7100 & 7000, or Morel Supreme. LOL None of these tweeters are cheap, but then again...not my money. LOL

On a less expensive side...the DLS tweeters sound pretty good, and alot of the DIY'ers are using the Daytons.

I thought about going active. I'm little nervous because I never have tried it.

I emailed him about the 500.1 and he is going out of town today so, he will have the amp with him to ship out so, no local pickup for me

I really like the idea of just randomly buying stuff, works for me.

Bry is very good at spending our money. He already got me to buy the Alpine D310 and H701 processor and now is pushing me from Arc to Zapco Ref to Zapco C2K. What a friend

Ive been thinking about those CAL28's if I could fine a pair cheap. I rarely see them though. Thought about Daytons too, but after looking they dont have a whole lot to offer, nothing really interested me much from them. Talk about cheap though.

Yeah Bry is pretty good at spending our money. I kinda wanted new stuff, but after seeing him get new stuff and talking I was like "OHHHH I gotta have new stuff too!"
Hard part is selling the old stuff to make money for the new stuff

I think I will just start buying stuff randomly. I bit on some subs on ebay the other night because they were cheap. It started getting adicting; I was bidding left and right. Good think I kept getting out bid or I would have thousands of dollars of worthless stuff

I hear you loud and clear. I find myself watching 10 or more items on ebay all the time. Thinking, if the price is right, I might as well get it.

It's a sickness I tell you.

Good thing we all live FAR APART from each other...I would hate for your 'ol ladies coming and hunting me down because you are spending more money! LOL

BTW, Bartak1 if a pair of CAL28's pop up some where for sale...GOOD LUCK, because you will have to fight me off to get them! LOL

Keep us posted of what you randomly buy! LOL I came across a Butler amp that I almost bought...why, I don't know...I have no use for it! LOL

What is the difference in the Cal28 and the Cal25? My Rainbow Contours come with the Cal25 and I love it.

My wife already wants to know where you live, hehe. Really she does not care what I buy as long as it is not outrageous. I sell stuff to buy other stuff anyway. Rarely do I just try and buy it outright.
