Just bought a 2003 4x4 XL reg cab, and noticed on the way home that the rear speakers weren't working, I didn't look yet but is it possible this truck didn't come with rears from factory?

 

Im pretty sure it did but make sure the sound isnt faded to the front. Check it and make sure. Then if still no sound make sure you still have speakers back there. I know if i was to get rid of mine it would come with no speakers in the back

 

chrisrud15 makes a good point. As with me, if I traded in my truck, it would be left without 4 speakers. Best bett is that the previous owner took them out prior to trade in, either way...good luck...

 

that a good thing. rear fill = poor sq. a proper front stage will give you the best imaging without cancelation, time allignment issues and funky phase shift problems
