Thanks for the offer, but if I end up getting that box then I will purchase it in black so that it will match the interior.

I have a 05 Screw lariat and fit 2 10" JL Audio W 3's under my rear seat. There is a coustom box that fits perfect under the seat, you lose the jack but o well. I mounted one of my Amps under the passenger side seat and one on the back wall of the rear seat. If you have the center consule it should be able to fit in there

This may be a stupid questions, but why do you need to amps? Do you have one for each sub or one for subs and one for radio?

Two amps is pretty much a standard practice in upgrading your sound system. You get one amp to drive the front speakers or maybe one four channel amp to drive the front and rear speakers and then another amp to drive the sub. There are so many configurations I could list but, I will not waste space. If you are not going to put an amp on your front and rear factory speakers then, you only need one for the sub or subs. You really need amps on all speakers and subs to get the clearest sound and higher volumes. Head units will built in power will only get you so far.

I found this sub/box combo last night on ebay. What do you think?

Right now I have my amp connect to the front and back speakers. Can I have one amp to handle the sub and speakers? This is the amp I have now.

Thanks for all the input. I don't know much about sound systems. All I know is that I like my music and I want it to sound good.

I think that box would work fine for you. As for the amp, if you are asking if you can run all your speakers on that amp, yes but, it is not ideal. You could run each speaker off its own channel and run the sub off the back channel bridged. You would be running stereo/mono at the same time. The downside is you have no control over the speakers and subs seperately and you would have to install some passive crossovers to filter highs from the sub and lows to the rear speakers. Otherwise, they would try to play the entire range of music. You could also run all 4 speakers off the front channels and bridge the rear channels for the sub. But, with this you loose the ability to fade between front and rear and there would be no front stage imaging. Another option is to run the fronts speakers off the front channels, bridge the rear channel for the sub and run the rear speakers off your head unit. Since rear speakers are only for rear fill, (in good SQ setups most do not even use rear speakers), they can get away with alot less power. That is about the only options I can think of other than going with a different amp setup. Either two amps or one 5 channel amp.

I hope that helps and is not too confusing.
