How Do you Remove Rear Door Panels? 05 SC

I removed the upper trim piece and the bolt behind it, at the bottom of the door (2 down there) and the two behind the handle. I pulled the trim up a ways, but could not get it off. Any help?

pop the top part of the door handle where the windows switches are off and there is one 10 mm bolt behind there. Then lift up.
