Ebay vs. Musicmoose box

Has anyone used this Ebay box?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWA%3AIT

How does it compare to the musicmoose or supercrewsound boxes?

If your looking to get by as cheap as possible, sounds good. With out a close-up you can't really tell what material they used. Dosen't look sealed either. It will prob. last you for a while, but your going to have to seal it with some silicon around the entire inside of the box. Supercrewsound, subbox.net, and music moose use either 1/2" or 5/8" MDF in the construction of their boxes & they're sealed. Your call, it really depends on what you want to spend, you get what you pay for.

Thanks for the response. I completely overlooked the thickness of the MDF although it does say they use it. Sealing it myself is no big deal. I'm sure that the musicmoose box is good, but I've seen mixed reviews.

That box on ebay is cheap but I didn't find a price for shipping either... who knows, they might just be charging 60 bucks to ship it... you have to be aware of that.

As for Musicmoose, they're a great company, I purchased a box for my single cab and they were exceptionally nice and lightning fast. The box is well constructed and wasn't terribly expensive, $120 shipped.

I say go with Musicmoose, but it's your call.

edit: 34.98 for shipping, not too bad, I paid $20 through musicmoose on a tuesday morning and had the box thursday afternoon.

I installed the probox single 10" and I love it. Easy fit, no worries and it sounds great. Best rule on here, is you get what you pay for.

I just got a Probox 10" sealed. I couldn't decide between the ported and sealed. I'll get to try it out this weekend.
