Man, I just put a probox in my 04 f-150 s-cab FX4. I have a kicker comp VR 10" DVC at 2ohm powered by a alpine 350watt amp. Sounds awsome!!! now Im in the market for a small 2 channel amp to power my fromt componet alpine speakers. I need one with a small footprint, and possably able to mount upsidedown. Any input???

Matt, my truck is exactly like yours. I have been waiting on my K&N intake for 8 weeks though. what kind of milage improvement did you get? What kinda sub you throwing that 1000 watts to?? I'll put up some pics when I get the HU in.

Upside down as in face down? You might not want to do that as the heat radiating from the amp fins will go up against the amp instead of dispersing into the air resulting in problems. Most manufacturers state that mounting amps upside down will void the warranty. If you mean upside down but still vertical then no problem, go for it.

 

palmettokrawler, I'll post some close up pics of my sub I think its a pro bass DVC its real lould for a 10 I'll put up some pix later today, and I dont think Im getting better MPG but it sure runs better
