Behind the back seat? Do you mean behind the back rest? I slid my hand up from the bottom (bench seats folded up a little and me lying on my back) so I could feel between the back seat and the inner cab wall. Not much space at all. I'd say about 3 inches max. How do you intend to get a box in that small area?

I believe I will have to cut out some or the rear seat back bracing... not sure, but I have seen it done. Since no one ever sits back there it isnt a big issue. I may even bring the seat back out a little more... say maybe an extra inch.

I'll post results later this year.

Dawgs,

The box fits under the rear seat on the passenger side.

I had (still have) an Audiobahn 4 channel amp driving my 4 door speakers. The amp was fairly large. I installed it under the rear seat on the driver side. As for the sub amp, I had it installed under the passenger front seat. Everything fit fine.

I'm not quite sure of the internal box size. It has a 10" sub and isn't ported. It's a sealed fiberglass box.

If I knew how to post a picture of the box, I would.
