Best 10" sub for a AMP which puts out 100 watts. rms????
I have a ***** amp that puts out like a 100 RMS and then a little more at peak, I'm getting a custom box made for A 10 INCH SUB which will work best with that amp. Im not going to spend money and get a better amp, I want to know what sub will work the best for that amp rating and the sub box that will go under the rear seat in my supercab f150 (2001)
(so far I have infinity reference?)
THANKS!

Kial,
I don't think that amp is a ***** amp if it's the one I think your talking about. You need to go listen to some subs. Everybody on this board could give you a different suggestion, and even though they're all good subs, they may not work. Figure out what kind of air space your box will have and go into some shops and tell them you'd like to listen to some subs in a box with that amount of air space running off of an amp rated at 100 watts. You'll get a good idea that way.

Also remember, the more power the better. The sound quality suffers when the amps are having to struggle to put out an adequate amount of power. Also, make sure your amp power and ground wires are as big as the main leads coming from the amp. You will not get the most out of the amp is the amp cannot get enough power. Mine had 12 gague wire, and I changed it to 10ga. Made a noticible difference.
