Remove seat belt to install speakers?

Alight i just bought a set of four blaupunkt 5x7 speakers. NIce speakers. I have installed the ones on the front right and left and passenger rear (the side with the 3rd door so there was no seat belt on that side) so now I am on to the driver side rear but can't seem to pop the panel off. The only thing it was really getting stuck on that I could see was the seat belt. So do i need to remove the seatbelt? or is there an alternative method for doing this? The truck is a 1998 f-150 with the third door on the passenger sider. Thanks for your help

removing the rear seat back makes things really easy - then you can access the plastic pressure clippy things and pop em all out. There's 2 10mm bolts on the bottom, then lift it out. It's all pretty easy
