I have a 2003 King Ranch Super Crew and the factory speakers really suck. I don't want to spend a lot of bucks to upgrade the soundsystem (call me a tight wad).

Is there a good aftermarket speaker that I can swap the OEMs for and get descent sound? I'm an old codger and don't need boomin bass and all the bells and whistles.

There are lots of them, and some are fairly inexpensive. The best advice I can give you would be to take a little trip down to Circuit City or some other place like that, tell them what you are looking for and let them play some for you. Then buy the ones you like.

 

I put Infinity Kappa's in mine. I've been happy with them.
