Not bashing, just my own experience with a purchase from

I ordered a customr cabinet for my 2001 F150 SC for a single 12" woffer on 11-18-03
FINALLY recieved the box on 12-30-03, defective, built too big and would not fit.
Emailed SuperCrewsound.com and they confirmed it is defective on 12-31-03 and they promissed to ship a new replacement in a week.
It's now 1-27-04, I don't have the new cabinet and they will not respond to emails or call me as I've asked.
Buyer beware, terrible service, bad product. Just sharing my experience to prevent others from experiencing this.
Don't buy from them.

I also ordered a box from supercrew sound and was disappointed. The box was built to shallow and the sub would not fit right. They did offer to replace the box but after waiting so long for the first one I figured I would fix it myself. Seems liike Im seeing more and more members here and on other forums having the same problems with this company. Seems quaility of these boxes are going down. And boxes are leaving without being inspected.
I would still recommend this for a decent place to buy a box if your feeling lucky. Myself I will no longer do business with them. Only have one chance to make a sale and make it right.

Always be wary of internet sales sites that do not list a phone number. They are typically something the person does on the side and are not fully commited to. Give Dave a call. I'm sure he will be happily suprised.

Ok, it looks like you guys have stuck it to me pretty good here.
One thing I need to point out is that we are ALL HUMAN!! We do make mistakes! The key to this is that I was always trying to make you happy as I have done with HUNDREDS of previous customers.
It is true. I did have a few defective boxes that I had returned. I PAID for the return shipping, and was addressing the issues. It did take a while, to turn these around, because it was right around the xmas holiday, and my poeple were overworked. We were closed between xmas and January 5th so they could share some time with their families..
Anyway, I am not big on excuses. My point is this:
My boxes are VERY high quality (I believe no one is arguing that), my problem WAS that delivery times were bad. Well, I am ready to take the PEPSI CHALLENGE on this one!!
