Question What components to go with?

I just installed a Hifonics Zues 4 channel amp and bridged 2 channels (220watts) that I have running to one 10" Rockford Fosgate He2, now I need some mids and Highs (component speakers) . Should I use the 2 remaining channels for the mids, and power the tweeters from the head unit? the 2 remaining channels will be pushing 55 watts each at 4 ohmns.
Now the real question I was shopping around and what should I go with for component speakers, I need advice. I am considering Kicker K6.2, Rockford Fosgate FNX2614, Kenwood KFC-P602, or Infinity 6000cs.
ANy input?
THanks

If you get a component speaker system you'll only need 2 channels. The tweeter and woofer will both work off of its own passive crossover network. All you have to do is provide a signal to crossover, then the crossover network splits the appropriate frequencies between the tweeter and woofer. The 2 channels you have on your amplifier will power the entire component system.. no need to hook up tweeter to anything else.

As far as component systems... that's your choice. Just try to listen to different brands and pick one you like. What is your price range?

Cool

Get MB Quarts for the components.

Forget about powering the tweets from the HU. It will be easier to balance the system if you use the passive crossovers supplied with the components and drive them all from your amp.

Thumbs up

I agree with B-Man. Check out the MB Quart DSD-216 component set. Awesome speakers and can be found for around $130.
