I got two more questions. I wanna add more wire to my power wire. Can i buy another fuse holder and fuse and add to the end of it that way? The final question is my sub is 200 watt rms and 400 watt peak. I am pushing it right now at 250 watts. Is that fine or will it blow it?

well i dont quite understand your mirror question. is it ratteling because of bass? or just lose

as for the wire the answer to the question is yes you can.
but keep this in mind. every break you have in a wire and every splice you have = some lose in power. it might be minimal but it will reduce the signal in the wire. your best bet is to just re run a constant wire . personlay i find this to be the best choice. if your not real serious about your audio system then chances are you wont notice nor care about the difference. choice is yours.

as for the sup specs. if its RMS is 200 then my guess is if your pushing 250 RMS to it and really pushing it hard in time you will cause more damage then if you were using the recomended specs. RMS rating is there to tell you what your speaker can hadle continues without any problem. but many companies rate the RMS a bit low just to be safe. all depends on your equipment as well. heck there are many amps out there pushing no were even close to what they say they are so depending on what you got you might be tottaly fine. personlay i say if it sound good then all must be good lol. but then again i dont mind blowing a speaking in the name of sound ither lol

The more i think about it. The more i think about leaving it like it is and not adding more wire to it. Well i was listening to ingnition the remix and it hits pretty good. Well the mirror was vibrating alot and when it would you would hear the mirror make a clack sound. So i was trying to find the clack so i held the mirror and it quit. Anyone else have that problem. I guess overtime it will blow, but it does have a lifetime warranty and it does sound good.

Thumbs up

To extend the power wire, use a good quality in line fuse holder like Stinger, or a distribution block. For the mirror, my junk JL 12W3 didn't phase it till I ported it, then it would flop straight down toward the dash. I lived with it until I got my DD and 1500w, so you can imagine what IT did to the poor mirrors. I had to epoxy the joints in the mirror and work it around a little. When it started to set up, I got it where I wanted it, and it's been good since. Only problem is my left / right hand mirrors are worthless now, as is the rear slider. Closes itself every few minutes, and that's bad because glass isn't suppose to flex that much...hahaha. Have to keep it open to relieve the pressure. DD's are good about breaking glass.

Which Memphis subs you have? I was putting 550 to each of my Studio 10s when they were only 400 peak for almost 2 years without a problem.

That's a really nice truck. I think we have the same speaker. I just got one ten and I am putting about 250 watts to it. It is be far the best sounding subs I have had. Here what the sub looks like.

I wish I could figure a way to make a box that would allow me to invert. I really like the chrome on it.
