Sub box decisions
Sub box decisions
I have a little extra cash flow coming my way soon and want to (FINALLY) upgrade my stereo in my 2000 supercab. I already have the speakers and amp picked out for the door speakers, but I can't decide on what I want for bass.
I have a few extra volcano DVC cast 10's that I have had for a while that have never been opened, and am wanting a box for a pair of them. I can't decide if I want to face them up or down, so I need some suggestions from you guys that have both setups and pros and cons to each.
Also, I have woodworking experience, so building a box isn't a problem (it's just been a LONG time since I've built one). Anyone have a good universal design for 2-10's that would be a good starting point for me? I can modify as necessasy to accomodate my specific subs.
Thanks in advance for the advice. Email me any designs if you guys would!

thanks, however
That gives me a good place to start, but I am still wanting opinions from people that have ran their subs facing both up and down, so I can decide which way would be best for me.
ANYONE?
ANYONE?
