Is it just me or has anybody else seen our excuse for a early tropical storm? I just know we've had more rain in the past four days than the past month.

Actually this is a Low Pressure system moving through. Never formed into a Tropical Storm or anything else.

thats why i called it an excuse. if you get a chance or can find a past pic of the satellite view then check out the rotation and partial eye that formed south of tampa.
