Let's see, tornadoes and hail this past friday. Trees down the next road over. My poor truck is so dirty, I've washed it one time this year so far. If it's not raining, it's 40 degrees.

It better not rain the 24-27 that's all I gotta say.

I have resorted back to my title again...DAMN THIS RAIN!!!!! (again)

On a serious note though, we have gotten over 18" of rain this year so far. Hell we just got another 3" as 6:00 tonight and it's still raining. We sure need it, but the rivers don't need any more.

what hurts the river down your way is all the rain that's been up here.

I heard one of the local forecasters say the other day that north AL was officially out of the drought.

All I know is, there is no way in hell we're out of the drought here. We haven't made up 50 inches.

I've been twice a year for the last 10 years, then just went to the spring/summer race for a few years before that. 25 races or so. I've been going since I was 14, almost 30 now.

I just kinda overheard it on tv the other day. I was in the other room so I wasn't really watching it.

Where's your seats? I'm guessing that you probably get the same ones every race/season.

Nice, I prefer the Allison Grandstands and haven't been able to get them the past couple of years. Post some race pics when you get back, I'd love to see some.

I always liked the front stretch better, get to see the pits. It is a bit less crowded in Allison though.

I'll have some pics for sure.
