If you're ever in Orlando....
If you're ever in Orlando....
Okay, guys, just thought I'd share my birthday with ya'll, in case you're interested.
I live in Ocala, FL, about an hour and a half north of Orlando. Anyway, on my 18th birthday (which was on Dec. 5), my dad took me down to Orlando for the day, and I swear we went to the coolest places in the country. The reason why I'm sharing this is because I figure we all have something in common being Ford owners so I thought you all would enjoy this too.
So, if you're ever in Orlando, make sure you spend the day at the Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World. I swear I wouldn't mind getting left there overnight. You could get lost in that place. When i walked in there I thought maybe I'd died and gone to heaven. Then, when lunchtime came around, we went down the road to Fuddruckers for a 1 pound hamburger (good stuff). Then we returned to Bass Pro till night time.
This is the best part of the story. Across the street from Outdoor World, there is a restaurant called Texas de Brazil. It's a Brazilian steakhouse, and a restaurant like no other. It isn't cheap, but it's worth the $40 for the all you can eat filet mignon, prime rib, sirloin, chicken wrapped in bacon, and 100 sq. ft. salad bar. You have a card, one side is red, the other green, and you flip it to green to have the people bring you food, red so you can eat it, and back to green when you want more. This place is frickin' awesome.
Anyway, just thought I'd share the best day of my life so you would know that if you're ever in Orlando make sure you don't miss out on all the fun.

Sounds like you had a good time... Sometimes my girlfriend and i with a bunch of our friends make the 3 hour trip from miami to go up to orlando and do some indoor skydiving at a place next to universal. Plus we also do Drink Around the World in Epcot with about 30 people.
Yeah that place is awesome.
Actually I just moved. I used to live by Forest High School. Now I live on Highway 27, just past 60th Ave. My house is right near the Ocala Airport.
You?

Yup, another Tampa guy here. I grew up in Brandon/Seffner, just east of Tampa. I go to Orlando quite often for the parks. Going to Sea World this weekend to see Sara Evans in concert. I went to Bass Pro Shops in October when i went to Halloween Horror Nights.. that store is awesome, to say the least.
